At Earth Rooted Assistants, I play a multifaceted role overseeing both business development and operational efficiency. As the company's growth catalyst, I collaborate with the leadership team to craft a unified vision and strategic plan for scaling.

Like many rapidly-expanding businesses, Earth Rooted faced growing pains as client demand increased. Leadership recognized the need for high-level guidance to steering the company towards sustainable growth without compromising quality or core values. They also needed operational streamlining to handle a larger client load seamlessly.

Business & Marketing Consulting

Each ERA client partnership kicks off with an immersive consulting experience. In these dedicated strategy sessions, I guide clients through clarifying their highest vision for their business and the transformation they provide.

Together we map out an inspiring 3-5 page plan covering all aspects of their growth goals - service offerings, marketing initiatives, sales strategy, operational needs, and more. Clients emerge with a comprehensive strategic roadmap, including clearly defined milestones and action items for their new Virtual Assistant.

Streamlining Operations

In addition to client consulting and onboarding, I also conducted an audit of Earth Rooted's internal operations and client journey. My analysis identified opportunities to streamline processes and centralize assets for improved team collaboration.

One key optimization was overhauling the sales and onboarding process into a hands-off funnel system. This included:

  • Redefining ideal client criteria and updating advertising targeting

  • Crafting automated lead nurture campaigns to qualify prospects in Notion

  • Implementing client intake forms to capture all details seamlessly

  • Transitioning proposal creation to a template system for efficiency

    These behind-the-scenes improvements enhanced the entire client experience from first outreach to dedicated VA assignment.

VA Trainings + SOP Libraries

One of the biggest challenges Earth Rooted faced as they rapidly grew was maintaining consistent, high-quality service across all client accounts. With more virtual assistants joining the team, leadership realized there was a need for standardized training and centralized resources.

I took the lead on overhauling Earth Rooted's entire VA education system from the ground up. My goal was to create a robust training framework that set every VA up for success while aligning with ERA’s core values and personalized approach.

  • Redesigned and built out a robust library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Task Guides

  • Developed in-depth training materials and mentorship programming to upskill the virtual assistant team

  • Documented best practices to ensure consistent 5-star client experiences across all accounts

On the business development front, I hosted strategic planning sessions to clarify Earth Rooted's goals, unique positioning, and target client archetype. Together, we mapped out a comprehensive, values-aligned expansion strategy covering service offerings, marketing, sales, and more.

I also took an active role in marketing and sales activities like promotional masterclasses and sales calls with prospective partners.

Operationally, I analyzed existing processes looking for areas of improvement. This has included overhauling training materials to ensure consistent exceptional client experiences no matter which VA is assigned.
